CAT A&B Works

Sometimes the landlord will require the tenant to return the space to its received condition. We will undertake these works using our supply chain at highly competitive rates.

Designing a work space is more than just presenting to you an area that looks great, we consider how you will use the the space, what the statutory authority regulations are, what the existing services will allow you to do, what the building management will insist on before they give their approval for the works.

Design

One of these most important parts of any office but often over looked, is the importance of providing quality tools for your staff to work on.

Your staff may spend eight hours plus at their workstations and when you have provided a great space, the importance of providing chairs that give support where required or desks that are adjustable to the users needs, or storage that works for your company rather than against it cannot be underestimated.

We work with pre-approved suppliers of some of the best brands and can arrange viewings of the proposed furniture or get samples delivered to your existing workplace for trials.
